I’ll admit, as much as I like to talk, I’ve never been a fan of being on video. But I’ve had tons of requests for this tutorial, or just tips on curling in general so here we are! I don’t think I’ll be kicking off a YouTube career any time soon but I hope you find this helpful. I’ll list the products below that I used. Products:

*On damp, towel dried hair I worked through Amika Supernova Blonde Moisture and Shine Cream for smoothing and heat protection, followed by Ouai Wave Spray for hold and body.

*To curl, I used a Hot Tools 1 1/4” Spring Iron. This is my favorite size for most hair lengths and textures.

*For added body and texture, I finished with Amika Un.done Volume and Matte Texture Spray and Amika Vandal Matte Volume Powder.
