studio standards + FAQ

ARE MASKS REQUIRED?

Per CDC guidelines- Effective immediately, masks will be optional at Mane Rebels. I always want my studio to be a safe space where everyone is comfortable. That being said, if you still feel more comfortable with a masked appointment, please reach out before your appointment to let me know & I will wear a mask, no questions asked. Additionally, please be aware that Ovation as a whole has lifted their mask requirement so other patrons may be in the building's common areas without a mask. The studio will still be sanitized thoroughly between each appointment.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD WITH ME TO MY APPOINTMENT?

Only one guest over the age of 18 allowed at your appointment •Please do not bring children unless they are also receiving a service. I love your little ones but please understand that Mane Rebels is not tailored to children. We have lots of breakables and sharp objects around and poor entertainment accommodations for kids.
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

72 hour advanced written notice to dallashairbyb@gmail.com is required for rescheduling. If proper notice is not provided your deposit will be forfeited.
WHAT IF I’M RUNNING LATE?

Please allow time for traffic. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to accommodate you without altering your desired service.

WHAT IF I NO SHOW AN APPOINTMENT?

In the event of a no call, no show you will be required to pay 100% of your service upfront to rebook your appointment.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

All deposits are non-refundable. •Deposits are only transferable ONE time. Your new appointment date must be within two weeks of the original appointment. •Deposits will be forfeited for any type of cancellation, there are no exceptions whatsoever to this policy.
